I still have yet to master the latte art rosetta. I’m sure this is mostly due to my lack of practice. Seriously, I just need to find some hours to dedicate to pulling shots, foaming milk and drawing hearts and rosettes! In the meanwhile, I’ve been drooling over professional latte art. Wow! I love latte art and haven't a clue how to do it. Of course, I don't have a full-time job working as a Barista (although I'd love it).

I did a very short (but sweet) one day course on it and it was very very hard to pour the practice down the drain!!!!
